There is a lovely sketch over at Lili of the Valley this week and this is my take on it...the sweet little LOTV angel is coloured with Promarkers and the dp's are Papermania Silent Night..I used some lovely sparkly wooden snowflakes I found in HobbyCraft and added pearls and more sparkle to her wings and I sparkled her gown with a Spica Pen..oh and put some tiny red gems in her holly wreath...do go and check out the DT creations..truly lovely...

Three Cards...Three Challenges

Hi... I hope this finds you all well and enjoying the late sunshine..I wish the weather would make up its mind..I've got all my woollies out ready for the frosts..and now I'm in a T shirt again!!!...anyway...I havent been slacking in the crafty dept..I have 3 cards to share with you today...the first one is my DT card for Pocket Full of Posies...which should have been posted yesterday...Oh well better later than never..we are really excited as we now have a full DT and they didn't have much notice for this Challenge and yet they have excelled themselves..so I hope you will pop over and check them out...Our sponsor this week is Meljens Designs and this is my card for the theme of Lavender and Old Lace...

I used a cute little Meljens image - TuTu Sweet...coloured with Promarkers and the DP is Papermania which I thought looked like lace and a little piece of proper lace that I found in my stash... added a few gorgeous WO flowers and lots of sparkle...
My next card is for Just Magnolia and the theme is 'Lace it Up'...

I use my new Cherry Tilda..oh she is so pretty and hope that the new Magnolia Die - Old Swedish Lace - covers it... I love the new magnolia Dies but i don't think I will buy anymore..especially the doily one..I very nearly did when I ordered the lace but when I looked at the size I realised that it wasn't what it looked like on the pack..it would appear to be only half the die..so a big No No for the money...I used Memory Box DP's and a bit of Gingham..gorgeous WO flowers loads of pearls and glitter.
My final card today is for Wild Orchid Crafts Challenge...Ribbon & Bows...

..a lovely Tilda again coloured with copics..more 'Old Swedish Lace' papers are Memory Box again...Gorgeous WO Cherry Blossoms...a double organza ribbon bow and loads of pearls...do hop over and check out the awesome creations from the DT..

Life just gets in the way....

Hi guys...I should have posted my DT cards for PaperPlay and Stampin' for the Weekend Challenges..but as usual life gets in the way and I'm late with them...I've been so stressed this week..maybe the early morning are catching up with me...anyway..

First one...Papaerplay Challenge...this week it's a Card any shape or Size... this WAS a challenge as I only 'do' square ones...

I cut the card with a large Nestie and then another piece to make a topper...I used a very sweet Heather Ellis digi...she's coloured with promarkers and the paper is Doodlebug I think. Just added a flowery kinda snowflakey thingy and lots of glitter...do pop over and check out my teamies creations..they are really fab..

The Somethin' for the Weekend Challenge is 'Tag It' and our Sponsor Meljens Designs very kindly gave us a few images to play with...this is the one I choose..

...a very sweet Strawberry Bear... he's coloured with Copics...the Papers are Primas Jack and Jill and I completed the country look with red gingham ribbon.. I tucked a co ordinating tag behind the image added a few WO cherry blossoms and some red gems..

ABC Challenge - D for Distress....DT Card

Hi Guys..this is my DT card for this weeks ABC Challenge...D for Distress...I chose a lovely Tilda for this...she is coloured with Copics...the Dp's are by Paper Cellar and are just so right for this look...I used TH DI Pumsice Stone for the distress around the edges of the paper and borders...added some lovely WO flowers and a gorgeous organza ribbon and lots of pearls...I hope you will pop over and check out my teamies creations..and our sponsor this week is Simon Says Stamp..so why not come and join us..you never know ..you might win!!!...

Two Cards ..Two Challenges...Two Tildas...

Hi..Hope this finds you all well for a wednesday!!..lol...I have been crafting away and have managed to to do two cards for two challenges...the first one is this..

and this darling little Tilda is for this weeks Totally Tilda Challenge - Lilac & Lace,,,she is coloured with Promarkers..the DP's are a mixture od Papermania and the delish Memory Box..I used MS border punches...a lovely piece of glittery cotton lace from stash..loads of gems..lovely WO flowers and lots of sparkle...do go and check out the gorgeous DT creations...truly fab...

Now my next card is for this week Wild Orchid Challenge...Pearls and Pins...and yes its another Tilda...

...again she is coloured with Promarkers..I'm liking these very much...lol...she is sitting in a Marianne Doily die cut..The DP is by Paper Cellar and I used MS Border punch and Marianne scroll die cut..gorgeous organza ribbon..delish WO flowers...loads of pearls...pearl pins and sparkle...why not pop over to WO and have a look at the fab DT cards...

Pocket Full of Posies - Challenge #6 Floral Fantasy DT Card

Hi guys..yes its Monday so it has to be another challenge at Pocket Full of Posies...and I have some news...I am now the proud co-owner of the blog together with my mate Sandie...lol... we have some lovely challenges lined up for you and we hope you will come and join in. Ok so on with my card...

Thought I'd use the lovely Stamping Bella Ketto Agnes for this..I coloured her with Copics and Promarkers...the DP's are Memory Box - again!!..lol...I used a MS border punch and then 3D pads to lift the edge. To make the flowers I used an Marianne flower die and WO Cherry Blossoms and Roses..added loads of sparkle and pearls.

PaperPlay Challenge - In Stitches......

ABC Challenge C for Charms - DT Card

Yes I know...I should've posted this yesterday...I thought I did but just realised that I didnt scheduled it..doh!!..anyway here we are at the next letter of ABC Challenge and its C for Charms...we are very lucky to have..

I chose sweet Tilda for this..she's coloured with copics..the DP is Memory Box Gossmer...these papers are so gorgeous, I'm going to have to get more...the teeny weeny flowers are a find on ebay which i put with some small mulberry flowers I had in stash for years..and yes I mean years!!!...sweet little gingham bow and of the course the all important charm...

Lili of the Valley Challenge - Dotty about Circles...

Hi..Just a quick post as its nearly my bedtime...lol...this is my card for this weeks LOTV Challenge...I had to give it a go as I love dotty DP's..the ones I've used are a mixture of MME and Prima...sweet little LOTV image coloured with Promarkers..lots of circles in one form or other and I distressed inked the edges for definition..added a few WO flowers and lots of sparkle...I love the colour combo..one of my favs...

Pocket full of Posies Challange - Winged Things

Hi..well I thought I would find a Tilda for this weeks Pocket Full of Posies challenge as she has been a little neglected lately..and made an easel card to boot!!

The Dp's I used are Primas Fairy Flora which i thought went well with darling Tilda..she's coloured with copics and promarkers..I used a MS border punch and covered it with organza ribbon..
Here she is a bit closer...

I also used a Nellie die for the circle..I wasn't sure about these dies but they growing on me...the flowers are from WO and I went a bit OTT with the pearls and sparkles...lol...if you look at the first pic again you will see that I made an envelope box too...decorated in the same papers..I bought a MS scoreboard thingy the other week and have been playing with it...I'm quite pleased with the box..its just a case of getting the card weight right..but I think I've cracked it..thanks to trusty old..but expensive HobbyCraft!!!...lol

Stampin' for the Weekend Challenge - Anything Goes DT Card and Challenge Cards Too..!!!

Hi...Hope you all had a fab weekend..I managed to get some crafty time in... but first as I'm very late with this...this is my DT card for this weeks SFTW challenge..

The theme this week is 'Anything Goes'..and as you can see I made a Christmas card..the image is LOTV..the Dp's are Bo Bunny..I added red gingham ribbon which I think is very Christmasy..a little bell charm and some WO poinsettias and roses...I do hope you will pop over and join in the fun...

The next two cards are for this weeks LOTV Challenge a sketch by the Lovely Bev..I dont usually enter two cards ..but I loved the sketch so much that I wanted to use it more than once..so heres the first one..

...I chose LOTV 'Tea Time' for this...the DP's are Primas Annalee...these papers are gorgeous...I added some WO cherry blossoms..organza ribbon with a pearl buckle and some other pearls to finish...
the other card is this....

It's one of their new Christmas releases..James with Gifts..he is so cute...he arrived on Saturday so I just had to get him inked...I coloured both images with copics and promarkers...the DP's are NitWit Collection...organza ribbon and I punched ornate corners and added pearls and red gems to finish...

My next card is for this weeks Wild Orchid Challenge - Make it Sparkle...well it just had to be a LOTV fairy for this...

...I coloured her with Promarkers ..the DP's are Memory Box Gossamer..truly lovely...I used the sketch over at Truly Scrumptious for this but I cant enter that challenge as I didnt use brads or buttons or bows!!..lol anyway...I distressed the edges of the papers..wanting to give it a bit of a shabby look..I added some lovely WO roses..and loads of gems and stickles for the sparkle...

PaperPlay Challenge - Pink to make the boys wink!! DT Card...

Hi...its Pink Pink Pink!! at Paperplay this week...so I coloured a sweet little Tilda with copics...the DP is a scrappy bit from my stash...it has a lovely gold shimmer to it so I followed that with a good spray of iridescent gold glimmer mist all over and on the WO flowers..added a tulle bow and loads of pearls...do join us this week we have a super prize from our sponsor Bunny Zoe Crafts...look forward to seeing your pink creations

Two More Challenges....must be a record...

Hi all..I managed to stay awake long enough to make two cards today...lol...the first one is for Wild Orchid Crafts Challenge...as I have just invested in quite a lot of of their gorgeous flowers..I thought I'd have a go at their challenge - One For The Girls..so it had to be pink...well ish..it has to have sparkle..so it had to be this...

...yes a LOTV fairy....now I know what i wanted to do with this but not sure I pulled it off..the gorgeous DP's are Prima Fairy Flora...these are one of my new buys and are really lush...and I wanted theLOTV fairy to be amongst the flowers on the DP..so I coloured her with copics and cut her out..she looked a bit lonely so I put her on a co ordinating oval and finished with WO roses..organza ribbon.. lots of blingy gems and sparkle...do go and check out the DT creations..truly lovely...

the next card is for PaperTake Weekly Challenge and this week if a fab sketch by Dawny..so here is my take on it..

I'm back with a couple of Challenges....

Hi..yes I'm here now..after having a little blogging break..I've regrouped and now rearing to go again...well that if I dont nod off...as I said I have a little temp job at the moment - working for the same company as I did back in February..I love the work..but as its a Finance company with trading and dealing all around the world ..it has to be an early start...most mornings at my desk at 6am...but then as I only do 4hrs at the moment..I'm home just after 10am...yes its weird..but its only till October...so I dont mind really...and the best thing of course is that the moneys not bad...(more stash???)...lol..now talking of stash..I mentioned that I've been having a 'cull' on my unwanted items...and much to my delight I have been able to replace that with very wanted stash...I've invested in some more Wild Orchid flowers...and few ribbons..and some super delish designer papers..(went a bit mad with those)..lol..oops better get on with the cards...OK first up is a gorgeous Tilda for this weeks Just Magnolia challange..

..its a fab sketch by Dawny P this week and I use some New DP's by Memory Box... bought a pad called Fronds..and I have to say these are too lush for words..really gorgeous...I coloured Tilda with copics and promakers..she is in olive green although the pic makes it look a bit yellow..added a spotty organza ribbon and bow..some lovely Wild Orchid flowers..finished with pearls and sparkle..

Now my next card is to cover a couple of challenges I hope...

..yes it's another gorgeous LOTV stamp...Rosy Posy..I just love her...such a dream to colour and again I used copics..the DP's are a mixture of MME and Memory Box...I added a fab tulle bow, punched flower with a button and finshed with sparkle and pearls....I am entering this card for This weeks Totally Gorjuss Challenge - Shades of Aqua..Colour Create - Ivory, Duck Egg Blue and one other colour ..and Stamptacular Challenge - Buttons and Bows..
and last but not least...my next card is for Lili of the Valley Challange - Seasons...

..I love all the LOTV images and its so hard to choose a favourite...this one is so cute..just love the little puppy...the DP's are Papermania..surprisingly nice Silent Night..I added a bit of holly..pearls and loads of sparkle...

Grrrrrr...........

......yes I'm growling...been having broadband connection problems..been off and on all week!!!... I started a new temp job on Monday too and its a very early start so I have been quite tired.and no card making... also I decided to have a massive 'cull' on unwanted, unused and just plain dont like anymore stash!!!!...lol..I've lucky enough to sell most of it on eBay...so I'm having a little break..and then when I can keep awake long enough I'm going to have a binge of buying new yummy stash...

ABC Challenge A for August DT Card and A Challenge Card and one to Share....

Hi all...hope you are all well and crafting away...today its time for this weeks ABC Challenge..and we find ourselves back to 'A' again...and its A for August..we would like to see on your cards what August means to you....here is mine...

Yes its that cute little LOTV bear again..sunning himself in his deckchair..to me that is what August is about..Holidays...and sunshine...(it rained here today)...and relaxing...lol...the DP is by Craft Creations and I used a MS butterfly punch and added glitter and black gems... There is a fab prize this week from our sponsor, Simon Says Stamp!....so I do hope you will join us..and I cant wait to see your creations...

I had a little time to play today so I coloured a cute little Stamping Bella Wasabi Ketto..I just love her..so simple to colour..I used Promarkers again...the DP's are DCWV Far East Matt Stack that I forgot I had...how bad is that!!!..lol the flower I made using punched hearts and folding them in half and then glued in a circle..a bit fiddly but I was quite pleased with the result...added a huge organza bow and lots of gems and sparkle..well that's me done for today...I'll be back tomorrow with this weeks PaperPlay Challenge..have a fab evening...
