Just Magnolia Challenge Week 7 - Animals & Insects

Hi..this is my entry for this weeks Just Magnolia Challenge - Animals and Insects. As it happens I just made this card today not realising that it had all the ingredients for this challenge!!. DP's are Basic Grey Sultry, darling Labybug Tilda, I'm so in love with Tilda, I bought 3 more this week they are such a joy to colour! Anyway..Punch flower and Sizzix leaves topped off with my fav gingham ribbon and cute little ladybug charm from stash. Have a great weekend..regards

A.B.C.Challenge - P for Pearls

Hi..this is my entry for this weeks A B C Challenge - P for Pearls. I made a rather classic card I think more or less based on the gorgeous Papermania Regency DP's. I cant get enough of these!! lol. The Punched flowers are embellished with seed beads for added interest. Cardstock is Bazzill and Craftworks Card Candy. Ribbon, charm and Pearls from stash....Have a great weekend...regards

A Spoon Full of Sugar Challenge #53 - Lace

Hi..this is my entry for this weeks A Spoon Full of Sugar Challenge. This week you need to add some lace to your card. Now that is something I dont think of and as it looks so lovely I must try to remember to use it more in my creations. Sketch Saturday Challenge #51

Hi...this is my entry for Sketch Saturday Challenge . I used a lovely Tilda coloured with Prismacolor pencils and sansodor which I'm finally getting the hang of!! the DP are Papermania Signature Blueberry Hill. Punched flowers are embellished with seed beads for interest and I used Craftworks Card Candy to finish. Your comments would be greatly appreciated.

High Hopes Challenge #31 - Can ya Doodle?

Hi..this is my entry for this weeks High Hopes challenge...I havent entered this challenge before but when I saw it this week I just had to have a go. Yes I can doodle!!! although not often enough!! lol. I used Lovely Ladybug Tilda..the DP's are Pretty Please by My Minds Eye and bazzill from stash. I doodled around the edges of the DP's. Tilda is coloured with Prismacolor pencils and I used sizzix leaves with the punched flowers which I embellished with seed beads for interest. Organza ribbon tied around and I added a stamped 'just for you' on shinkles, a ladybug charm, glossy accents on bug and wellies and dew drops to finish...Happy crafting..

Papertake Weekly Challenge- Dawnys Sketch #15

Hi..this is my entry to this week Papertake challenge..I hope it quailifies as I have used a round image instead of a rectangle..The darling Stamping Bella Twinkle Fairy seemed to be happier in a circle!!! I coloured her with Primascolor pencils..DP's are Basic Grey..I embellished with tiny crystal flowers for her fairy dust..and the usual Craftworks Card Candy and organza bow. Hi..this is my entry to this weeks Just Magnolia Challenge. It is a lovely sketch..a joy to do, thank you. Used cute Tilda ..but I dont know where the DP's are from..just found them in my stash!! I really must try to keep the packets!!! Colour Create Challenge - Blue, Tan & Ecru

This is my entry for this weeks Colour Create Challenge - Blue Tan and Ecru..and what colours!! I love them. I'm so pleased how this card turned out...Sugar Nellies 'Daisy:..again!!.. K & Co DP's and bazzill cardstock from stash. I used seed beads on the punched flowers for interest and glitter Daisy's flowers. Sizzix Flourish and Craftworks Card Candy to finish it off. I decorated inside too..but guess what?..I forgot the pic again!!! Happy crafting to all...regards..Jan..x

Ballet Tilda

This DP is by K & Co..and is just lovely with Ballet Tilda. I sparkled the tutu and slippers with Sticklers and added a little bead gem I made..kept it simple for a change..thought I would let the DP's do the talking!!!..lol

Passionate Purple

This is so...Hippy Chick..yes I remember flower power and all that...I used to wear beads and bells and paint flower around my eyes!!! Shopping in BIBA in Kensington High Street..oh god i feel old now...anyway..yes this gorjuss one reminded me of those days. No idea about the DP's I found them in my stash, but I used new charms..a bargan found on Ebay!!!

Cute Little Daisy...again!!

Yes she is having another airing..our Daisy!! She is so sweet and a joy to colour, been using the new prismacolor pencils instead of watercolours and I'm liking them better. I'm not sure about the blue background on this though..think it should have been lime..ummm..

Fushsia Fairy

This is another Stamping Bella stamp that I got from Ebay..she reminded me of Fuchsias so I coloured her that way..she is called Twinkle Fairy but didn't use her twinkles in this. I added some seed beads to the punched flowers for interest and around the card. I love Craftworks Card Candy..as you can tell..lol..I use them loads and now a card looks bare without them!!

Not normally a colour I would use, but thought I'd have a change from pink and green!!! I love this image and I used dew drops and gloss accents for the rain and her wellies..oh yes I have new punches too, just love them. Lets hope the weather is nicer for the bank holiday!!!

Another Day's Crafting

Colour Create Challenge - Blue & Green

Hi.. this is my entry for Colour Create Challenge, this week its blue and green, one of my fav combinations!! I have used my current fav stamp - Stamping Bella Agness Ketto - she is so cute. DP are K & Co. Blue Awning..lots of glitter and textures. I coloured her with Primascolour pencils. Cardstock is bazzill, flower and jewelled brad from stash. The sentiment is one of my 'happy accidents' with a revised christmas stamp and shrinkles!!! And of course being a fairy she has lots of glitter and bling. Happy crafting!! Jan x

Busy doing nothin'...well, just a few cards....

Hi all... it seems like ages since I been on here...just thought I would share my latest creations with you. I been trying to do a couple of challenges too..I'll be posting one in a mo. I have changed my colouring this week..I bought some primsacolour pencils and been having ago with them..I wanted to have a little more colour to my images and they certainly do that. There is so much more I want, so I have been sorting out stash that I dont use and been putting some on Ebay to raise a little more stash buying pennies.

I have also decided to sell my Cricut Expessions machine. There only a couple of designs that I use on it and they havent brought out any other cartridges thats floats my boat..so its up for sale on Ebay. Loads of watchers but no bids yet..if any of you out there knows of anyone who maybe interested..then please get in touch.

Just Magnolia Challenge Week 4

Hi everyone...this is my entry for the Magnolia Challenge this week. I have used my favorite Tilda and tried to give her a slightly different look by two toning her little jacket. As we had to do a bit of stitching this week, I have faux stitched the edges of the papers. After putting this altogether I realised that my entry last week was also red and green!! (mental note to use different colour next week!!) DG papers are Basic Grey. I have used Glossy Accents on her garland, pockets and shoes. Flowers and pearls from stash. I think I've OD'd on the dew drops though!! lol All comments welcome...regards..Jan..x

OOOOOOO....Look what I got today!!!

Isnt she just gorgeous..sorry to say myself!! lol..but she arrived today..I bought her on Ebay and I'm so thrilled. I couldnt wait to colour her up and I chose the DP's as they had a fairy theme , though you cant see it much. I sparkled her within an inch of her life!! and of course she had to have bling too. Oh her name?.. shes Agnes Ketto from Stampingbella but I think you knew that. I also got Missmatch Ketto and Twinkle Fairy but havent played with them yet.....just thought I'd share her with you...........Jan..x

Hi..this is my entry for this weeks Sugar Nellie, Sugar Bowl Challenge. The sketch is by Marlene and had to have a button. I dont know where I got the DP's from as I have lost the packet they came out of!! If you saw my stash you would know exactly what I mean!! heyho! Anyway it had to a Gorjuss one for gorgeous colours, I added a huge flower with the button centre and dew drops for extra bling. Thank you Sugar Nellie/Marlene for a great sketch I had great fun. Wednesday Whimsey

Hi....managed to make two cards today. I received some lovely whimsy images and had to colour up and have a go. Quite pleased with them and have put them on ebay to see. The card I made for the Papertake Challenge yesterday went on too and had a bid within minutes.. I am ever so slightly amazed as the buyer is in the USA! I'm hoping that these two will go the same way....hope all is fine with everyone...Jan x

Papertake Weekly Challenge

This is my entry for this weeks Papertake challenge. I have been dying to use these BG paper for ages. I wanted to make something pink and sugary so the colour and Gorjuss Girl fits the bill nicely. BG papers are Doodlebug from their paper potpourri packs, Cupcake Boutique Assortment. Punched flowers and Craftworks Iced Gems and Greetings. Oh and I decorated inside too but didnt take a pic..doh!!!

This is my entry for this weeks Just Magnolia Challenge. Stamp is Tilda picking Lilacs, well Sweet Peas in this case as I added a sprinkle of Sweet Pea Flower Soft to the bouquet! lol. Cardstock is bazzill from stash, the BG paper is Basic Grey. Laura Ashleys sticky ribbon Connemara Filigree and the sentiment was a happy accident while playing with shrinkles!!
