Mavis Has A Daisy....

Isn't she sweet..I went stash shopping on Saturday to my fav craft shop..The Craft Barn...and she just started waving at me..as they do..so I let her pop into my basket and brought her home...lol...

She is coloured with Copics and I did a bit of paper piecing with her dress..the DP's are a mixture of Kaiser and Craft Creation's..interesting colour combo I know..but think its works...

I gave her what I call the Tilda treatment..all flowers and sparkle..lol..added pearls as usual..and the ribbon..well actually I couldn't find the right colour in my stash..so this came from a pair of my pyjamas..its was just right!!!..the things we do for our craft!!!

Another Tilda....

Hi..I'm back with another New Tilda...she is so sweet...I wanted to make a spring time card as its so dreary at the moment...

..she is coloured with copics and the pic has made the colours seem so dark..but IRL she is a very pale lemon...

..the DP's are a mixture of Forever Friends and Craft Creations..I used seam binding for the ribbon..MS Border punch..WOC flower blooms and asters...and tucked in my new MS lattice heart..I just love it..you'll be seeing lots of them..!!!..lol...and of course there is lots of sparkle...

Darling Tilda...just to share

Hi Guys...I've had a little time over the weekend to have a play with my new Tildas..I just love this new collection and bought 4!!!..this is the first one I inked and coloured...

She is coloured with copics and the DP is that very expensive pad by Pandura..only the best for darling Tilda..lol

I have used WOC flowers blooms together with their beautiful roses..MS Border punch some seam binding ribbon...and loads of pearls and glitter..inside has been decorated too...

OOh... Look Who's Come Out To Play.....

...yes is the lovely Tilda..she has been somewhat sidelined for the LOTV cuties..so I thought it would be nice for her to have an inking...lol...I made this for this weeks Allsorts Challenge - Teal Blue & Brown...the DPs are Primas Jack & Jill and a bit of gingham...she is coloured with copics and I added WOC Petals and Cherry Blossoms...some SEAM BINDING..that seems to be all the rage at the moment..It does make lovely bows...I used MS butterfly punch and added far to many pearls..but hey..this is Tilda!!!...lol...Do go and check out the Allsorts DT creations..truly lovely...

LOTV Challenge - Things with Wings...

Hi Guys..hope you are all well this Friday afternoon...I'm not..I have the awful throat bug..so no voice and chesty cough.. feeling pretty yuk realy...but look what postie brought me that cheered me no end....

Yes it was my LOTV order of the new releases...they are gorgeous..and I thank LOVT for being so quick in sending them out...(they must have known I'm feeling poorly...lol)
So I had to enter this week LOTV Challenge - Things with Wings...I coloured this little darling with Copics... the papers are Forever Friends again :0).. I used EK Success border punches and MS butterfly punch..added WO Flower Blooms Roses and Cherry Blossoms...pretty gingham ribbon and lots of sparkles..
I am also entering this for A Spoonful of Sugar Challenge - Thank you

Now I just had to do another just to share...this cutie is coloured with Copics..the DP's are a very expensive pad by Pandura..I need my brains tested..but they are so lovely...I added WO Flower Blooms again with Roses..an Organza ribbon.. and loads of Sparkle and gems..
Well I'm off for a gargle...lol..have to say my throat hasnt been this sore since I had my tonsils out 3 years ago..not a great thing to do when you're middle aged..but thats another story..lol

One for the Boys

I always struggle with boy cards...its the embellies that throw me..I bought this darling stamp a while back and this is its first inking...the DP's are a download..added buttons with some twine from The Ribbon Girl...and I sort of made a twiney bow thingy..trying to make its a little bit boyish..not sure I managed that...lol..

Another...

Now you may have noticed if you are a regular visitor to my blog that I do a lot of Monochrome..I just love shades of one colour on a card..and this is one of my favourites....Oh talking of favourites..a little while back I sent a letter with a pic of one of my cards to Cardmaking & Papercrafts magazine..it was way before Christmas and I completely forgot about it..but on Saturday the Postie had a little packet for me and..guess what???..my letter was the Editors favourite in the Decembers issue and as a prize they sent me 3 sets of Shenna Douglas stamps..I was very chuffed...but unfortunately I didn't get an issue..so when I sent an email thanking them ...they said they would send me a copy..whoopeee!!!..it was the first time ever I had done anything like this..
Anyway back to the card...the DP's are by Kaisercraft..I used my new Marianne doily die and MS Vintage Doily border punch..and a Marianne Lacey flower die..pearls and lots of sparkle....

A LOTV Challenge Card....

Hi..hope you all had a fab weekend..I've managed to get a few cards done and this little sweetie is for this weeks LOTV challenge which is a great sketch by Lena. I coloured her with Copics..the DP's are Pink Petticoat.. the flower is new from WO - flowers blooms..these are really fab..I bought all six colours and they are such value for money..I love them!!...I added loads of sparkle to..do pop over and check out the DT creations..truly lovely...I just cant wait for the new stamps to be released..so excited!!!

Happy New Year...and a WO Challenge Card....

Happy New Year to you all...another year...where did the other one go?..lol..anyway I have been having a bit of a change around.. I bought myself a new desk and shelves..I wanted more space in the tiny area that I have to work in..so after a lot of moving of furniture and measuring I finally got almost what I wanted...I tried to make more space by having a bit of a cull and stored stuff away that doesn't get used much...now all I have to do is get used to it..lol..its amazing what you can do with a CD tower..I will post some pics tomorrow.

Anyway on to the challenge card...

This little cutie is for this weeks Wild Orchid Challenge...its a lovely sketch by Bev and I used a sweet little LOTV Cute Square..the image is one of the new releases due out next week...I've been saving my Christmas money for the occasion..lol..
the DP's are Forever Friends Spring Time..which are very lovely and fresh which I think suits LOTV images perfectly..I added gorgeous roses from WO and some cute spotty buttons I found when sorting my stash...its amazing what you buy and forget or should I say shocking!!!..lol..
