Stamping for the Weekend Challenge - Week 3 - Rock 'n Roll 60's

Well...when I first saw this challange I thought ..nah can't do that!! This week the guys over at Stamping for the Weekend would like you to use the following song titles as inspiration, ~ A Whiter Shade of Pale - Procol Harum ~ Time of the Season - Zombies or ~ Please Mr. Postman - Marvelettes ~ (just the titles not the lyrics) but when I saw the fab DT cardshere I just had to have a go. Which one did I choose? lol...yep you got it - Whiter Shade of Pale...well it should be cream shade of pale but hey!! I used my favorite little cutie Ketto Agnes by Stamping Bella as I thought she was delicate enough to give this creation the look I wanted..DP's are Pebblesinc. I used Punched flowers with paper roses which I dusted with Shimmer paint and sizzix leaves. I tied tulle on the ribbon as I wanted a light and airy feel and added sparkle to Agnes. I hope I did the classic tune justice!!

    OMG!!!!!!!! WOW!!!!!! Jan this is stunning, I so love these colours. Your colouring of the image is superb. the flowers look gorgeous with the dusting of Shimmer paint, love the tulle, well infact I just love absolutely everything about your card, it is perfect for the "Whiter Shade of Pale" song choice.     Love your card Jan, it's such a sweet image you've used and with the soft pastel colors, you've done a marvelous job on the interpretation of the song title. Very delicate looking, and your coloring is superb on the image.
