Playing Catch Up!!!!.......Again!!!!

Hi ..hope you're having a fab weekend...I'm all behind again...not enough hours in the day at the moment..but I'm working on it....hopefully things will be back to normal soon...
Anyway...this is my DT card for ther current ABC Challenge G for Glitter...

and this one is my DT card for the current PaperPlay Challenge - Halloween....

Sorry its such a short post..but I'll be back tomorrow with my DT Card for Pocket Full of Posies Challenge...and ...I'm getting really excited as I going to the NEC on thursday....yippeee!!! I have never been before and MB (much beloved) is taking me...I wanted to go back in March but I couldnt make it..so I'm definitely going on thurs....and my SFTW/PFOP/PP teamie Sandie is going too and we are going to meet up after chatting online for so long!!!..I cant wait to meet her!!!

Hello......

Hi...sorry I havent been around for the last couple of weeks...my Mum hasnt been well and had loads of family stuff to do..but she's on the mend now thank goodness and today I actually got some crafty time so I thought I had better catch up with myself and here is my DT card for the current Challenge over at Pocket Full of Posies - Champagne & Roses - A Celebration card

I used a darling LOTV image..its so sweet..the DP's are bits that I had in my stash..I used my new MS doily punch for the lacey border..added a few gorgeous WO roses..lots of stickles..a lovely organza ribbon..and gems.

Two Special Cards for Two Special Challenges......

Hi I have two cards for you tonight and both are very special...the first one is for
my very favourite weekly challenge Lili of the Valley...I just love these stamps and have loads now..I even have some I havent inked up yet!!! anyway..this weeks challenge is Autumn and I knew instantly which stamp I wanted to use for this...here she is...

I wanted to make this lovely Bouquet Fairy look like an Autumn leaf so I used my Polychromo Pencils with Sansodor as I knew I could get the blending of the colours just so..the DP is from a Prima Pad - Fairy Flora...just the thing for this lovely fairy...I added some WO gorgeous roses and believe it or not but I hadnt even edin my box to see what I had to go with the DP's until after I put the card together and I was so pleased that I found these as they were made for this theme...after I glued them on the card I realised that I forgot to spray them with Glimmer mist..so I took a chance and edthem as they are on the card and prayed that I didnt ruin it...lol..it worked thankfully and then I sprinkled with Glamour dust and boy does she sparkle...lol..I finished with a lush organza ribbon and loads of pearls...do go and check out the DT creations they are really lovely and very inspiring...
and my next card is for PaperTake Weekly Challenge who are celebrating their 3rd Birthday..Yay!!!...Congratulations Papertake Team!!!...they would like you to chose your very fav challenge from the past 3 years...well when I first started my blog back in April 2009 PaperTake was one of the first challenges I plucked up the courage to take part and I went back through my blog to see what the challenge was..and is was Spots & Stripes...so I have chosen this for my card today...

I have used a sweet Tilda and she is coloured with Promarkers...I have used my new MS Vintage Doily punches and I totally love them..added a few WO Roses and loads of bling and sparkll...now the DP's are a bit of a mixture..the Stripey one is from Memory box..but the lovely mint spotty one I havent a clue where it is from as it was a lovely scappy bit I found in my stash.
Papertake are having a Birthday Blog Hop too..so why dont you pop over and have some fun...

Another Tilda...

Hi....I seem to be having a bit of a Tilda week...I have just finished this cute Christmas one and thought I would enter her for the Secret Crafters Challenge and again for Just Magnolia...I coloured her with Copics and used Magnolia DP and white cardstock which torn and embossed and added some Pola White Flower Soft to make it look like snow..I also added loads of gems...for the snowflake i cute one card and one acetate and sprinkles Flower Soft again and added some Magnolia drop gems..

Another Tilda for Just Magnolia

Hi..I have just made another sweet Tilda card and thought I would enter Just Magnolia challenge with it again...she is coloured with Copics..the DP's are MME added some Marianne's flowers..an Organza ribbon and I used the Magnolia Old Swedish Lace die again!!.lol..

Allsorts Challenge - Travel/Holiday

Ok guys..now you are going to have to use your imagination for this...over at Allsorts this week...one of my very fav Challenge...the theme is travel....I chose this 'old' Tilda as she looked very Parisien to me...(ok if you screw your eyes up a bit...lol) well she is wearing a beret...lol...I bought the DP's from Craftworks when I was at Ally Pally..its their brand new range - Oh La La..and its very french..and totally gorgeous...I bought a couple of other bits from the range to compliment the DP's..anyway I thought they would be perfect for this challenge..Tilda is coloured with Copics..I distressed the edges with DI but I think I might have over done it a bit..it is the first time i tried it this way...I added some WOC roses...pearls...sparkle and I used my very new MS punch Vintage Doily... that the MB (Much Beloved) bought me...actually he also bought the matching border punch and I cant wait to have a go at that too!!! Now do go and check out the DT creations over at Allsorts...truly lovely...I am alos entering this for Just Magnolia - Anything Goes...

Basic Grey Challenge - Sparkle

Hi...I'm back today with another challenge card.. this time for Basic Grey...I used the cute little LOTV James who looks like he's having a bit of trouble with his tinsel...lol..he is coloured with Copics...the DP's are from the Jovial pad..I just love these...I added a lush satin ribbon... a gorgeous sparklely poinsettia I found at HobbyCraft and loads of Stickles...do go and check out the DT creations..truly lovely...

Hi...I'm a little late with this...but here's my card for this weeks PFOP challenge Autumn Leaves...its another Tilda..lol..looking like she's having fun rolling around in the leaves....i cant remember who's DP's they are..but she is coloured with Promarkers and I added lovely WO flowers and Stamped leaves...loads of glitter and pearls..I hope you will join us this week...

Edit...since taking the pic and writing this post..my darling boy...Ollie...the sweet cute innocent Yorkie whose pic is on the side bar..has jumped on my chair at my desk and nicked the card and chewed darling Tilda to oblivion...poor Tilda...

and poor Ollie when I get my hands on him....lol..he is on my bed now with his head down looking up at me with those BIG brown eyes..as if he's saying...'I didn't do it' unfortunately for him bits of brown card are still in his mouth ...bless him (thru gritted teeth)...lol...

Secret Crafter meets JustMagnolia meets Totally Gorjuss

Hi..Happy Monday to you all...I managed to make a very pretty card yesterday and i was inspired by the lovely sketch over at Totally Gorjuss...I used a sweet little Tilda coloured with copics..the DPs are by Dream Street and so so pretty..I bought them at Ally Pally and now wish I bought more...lol..I added a Marianne Doily Die Cut..some WO flowers...pink gems and loads of sparkle. I am also entering this for Just Magnolia Challenge - Anything Goes and Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge - Easel Card...

Finally......

Hi all..I hope this finds you well....and not succumbed to this awful cold that is going around..yes I am one of its victims and so is my poor Mum...and today is the first day that I have felt well enough to come on line... and I have soooo much catching up to do....so better get a hot toddy and or in my case.. a Lemsip..and pull up a chair...lol..
Ok... the first card is my DT card for PlayPlay...this week they want to see a hidden extra on your creation...and this is my card...

I used a cute Pergamano Fairy stamp that I bought at Ally Pally last week...as well as the DP's which is a pad by Heidi Grace..really lovely...the Fairy is coloured with Copics and sparkled..I used EK Success border punches...MS Butterfly punch..and loads of gems..now my hidden extra is in the little pocket on the bottom part of the easel card..inside is the sentiment on a tag..I did take a pic showing a closer look but it came out huge so I wont post that here...I hope it has inspired you to join in the challenge this week...
My next card is my DT card for Stampin' for the Weekend..this weeks theme is Autumnal Colours..now I hunted through all my images and found this little cutie..

the thing is I don't know where he is from..but he certainly looks like he's having fun...I have the same problem with the DP's but the green gingham is Nitwits...I kept it quite simple and just added some card candy and a gingham bow...I know there is a lot of challenges out there with the same colour themes..but I do hope you will join us this week...

This is one of my new LOTV stamps I bought at Ally Pally...she is coloured with Promarkers...I used pretty pink gingham DP from Craft Creations. The gorgeous white ribbon across the middle is another buy from the craft show...and the flowers are a Marianne die...I used flock with glamour dust for her furry bits and loads of gems

Just Magnolia Meets Totally Tilda....

Hi again...yes I'm back with yet another card...this time for two challenges...Just Magnolia and Totally Tilda...theres a great sketch by Dawny P over at JM and so I used BG gorgeous Jovial DP's...a sweet little Christmas Tilda that I found on ebay and I coloured her with my Polychromos pencils and OMS..I used the Magnolia Old Swedish Lace die that I just have to use on practically every card I make...lol...and added some reinvented WO flowers..by reinvented I mean that I coloured them with copics and added some little holly berries...I have also glimmer misted and Glamoured dusted everywhere so she glitters and sparkles..but unfortnately the camera just doenst pick it up...but I'm also entering this for the Total Tilda Challenge...trust me..she sparkles!!!!!...lol
Do go and check out both Design Teams creations..they are stunning....

LOTV Challenge - Un Traditional Christmas

Now for one of my very favourite challenges..LOTV...I just love their sweet stamps. I went to Ally Pally on Sunday and bought loads more..in fact I had a good spend and bought some lovely stash..which included the DP's for this card. This week at LOTV they want to see your untraditional colours for Christmas..and this Cosmo Cricket 'Mitten Weather'...(don't you just love that title..lol...) DP pad is just the thing for the theme...I chose a lovely lilac with just a tiny hint of red and green..the little bunnies wrapped up in their stocking is so sweet and i coloured them with Copics..added some flock for the furry bits..to keep them snug..lol..a few gorgeous WO cherry Blossoms and loads of glitter...do pop over to LOTV and check out the fabulous creation by the DT...really lovely and inspiring..

There is a lovely sketch over at Lili of the Valley this week and this is my take on it...the sweet little LOTV angel is coloured with Promarkers and the dp's are Papermania Silent Night..I used some lovely sparkly wooden snowflakes I found in HobbyCraft and added pearls and more sparkle to her wings and I sparkled her gown with a Spica Pen..oh and put some tiny red gems in her holly wreath...do go and check out the DT creations..truly lovely...

Three Cards...Three Challenges

Hi... I hope this finds you all well and enjoying the late sunshine..I wish the weather would make up its mind..I've got all my woollies out ready for the frosts..and now I'm in a T shirt again!!!...anyway...I havent been slacking in the crafty dept..I have 3 cards to share with you today...the first one is my DT card for Pocket Full of Posies...which should have been posted yesterday...Oh well better later than never..we are really excited as we now have a full DT and they didn't have much notice for this Challenge and yet they have excelled themselves..so I hope you will pop over and check them out...Our sponsor this week is Meljens Designs and this is my card for the theme of Lavender and Old Lace...

I used a cute little Meljens image - TuTu Sweet...coloured with Promarkers and the DP is Papermania which I thought looked like lace and a little piece of proper lace that I found in my stash... added a few gorgeous WO flowers and lots of sparkle...
My next card is for Just Magnolia and the theme is 'Lace it Up'...

I use my new Cherry Tilda..oh she is so pretty and hope that the new Magnolia Die - Old Swedish Lace - covers it... I love the new magnolia Dies but i don't think I will buy anymore..especially the doily one..I very nearly did when I ordered the lace but when I looked at the size I realised that it wasn't what it looked like on the pack..it would appear to be only half the die..so a big No No for the money...I used Memory Box DP's and a bit of Gingham..gorgeous WO flowers loads of pearls and glitter.
My final card today is for Wild Orchid Crafts Challenge...Ribbon & Bows...

..a lovely Tilda again coloured with copics..more 'Old Swedish Lace' papers are Memory Box again...Gorgeous WO Cherry Blossoms...a double organza ribbon bow and loads of pearls...do hop over and check out the awesome creations from the DT..

Life just gets in the way....

Hi guys...I should have posted my DT cards for PaperPlay and Stampin' for the Weekend Challenges..but as usual life gets in the way and I'm late with them...I've been so stressed this week..maybe the early morning are catching up with me...anyway..

First one...Papaerplay Challenge...this week it's a Card any shape or Size... this WAS a challenge as I only 'do' square ones...

I cut the card with a large Nestie and then another piece to make a topper...I used a very sweet Heather Ellis digi...she's coloured with promarkers and the paper is Doodlebug I think. Just added a flowery kinda snowflakey thingy and lots of glitter...do pop over and check out my teamies creations..they are really fab..

The Somethin' for the Weekend Challenge is 'Tag It' and our Sponsor Meljens Designs very kindly gave us a few images to play with...this is the one I choose..

...a very sweet Strawberry Bear... he's coloured with Copics...the Papers are Primas Jack and Jill and I completed the country look with red gingham ribbon.. I tucked a co ordinating tag behind the image added a few WO cherry blossoms and some red gems..

ABC Challenge - D for Distress....DT Card

Hi Guys..this is my DT card for this weeks ABC Challenge...D for Distress...I chose a lovely Tilda for this...she is coloured with Copics...the Dp's are by Paper Cellar and are just so right for this look...I used TH DI Pumsice Stone for the distress around the edges of the paper and borders...added some lovely WO flowers and a gorgeous organza ribbon and lots of pearls...I hope you will pop over and check out my teamies creations..and our sponsor this week is Simon Says Stamp..so why not come and join us..you never know ..you might win!!!...

Pocket Full of Posies - Challenge #6 Floral Fantasy DT Card

Ok so on with my card...

Thought I'd use the lovely Stamping Bella Ketto Agnes for this..I coloured her with Copics and Promarkers...the DP's are Memory Box - again!!..lol...I used a MS border punch and then 3D pads to lift the edge. To make the flowers I used an Marianne flower die and WO Cherry Blossoms and Roses..added loads of sparkle and pearls.
