Stampin' for the Weekend Challenge - Anything Goes - DT Card

Hi Guys...just a quick post as I have loads and loads to do..havent we all!!! I was in Sainsburys at 6.15am this morning!!!...lol..here is my card for the last SFTW challenge for this year...It had to be Darling Tilda...she is coloured with copics and the DP is K& Co which is very sparkley..I used Cheery Lynne dies for the flower and leaves and finished with a organza ribbon, pearls and loads of sparkle...

This card is for all of you out there..as it says..Thank You Very Much...for all your lovely comments you have given me over the past year..they are all truly appreciated...I wish you all a Very Merry Christmas and a Fabulous New Year!!

A Card for the Last LOTV Challenge - Pink, White & Silver

Good morning all....hope this finds you all well and not too chilly...I thought I would do a quick post while Mum is still in bed...as it takes me most of the morning to get her up and going....anyway...this is my entry for the last LOTV challenge :-( for those who follow my blog know that these darling little stamps are my second love next to my beloved Tilda...I bought loads at the NEC in November and most are still unused...(oh the shame)...I have entered most of the LOTV challenges...not in the hope of winning (mind you that would have been fantastic) but to be chosen to be in the Top 3 would have been a dream come true...but alas..it was never to be...but I still love them and I will be taking part in the Challenge that Jacqui will be running in the New Year....

Ok..about my card...I used my very fav stamp from last year..she is coloured with copic's...the DP is by Craft Creations and a tiny piece from NitWits...(it has pink snowflakes on and then I covered it all up..Doh!!)I used WOC flowers and took out the stemens and added some silver Flower Soft..I cut leaves using a Cheery Lynne die and I was determined to use that Marianne Christmas tree die on it somewhere...I struggled a bit...and the jury is still out as to whether I like it or not...so I just added my usual plague of pearls and loads of sparkle..

Well I better get going...I hope to get Mum sorted and then have a little bit of crafty time later....

Stamping for the Weekend Challenge - Christmas!!! - DT card

Hi me again..twice in one day!!!...lol..this is my DT card for this weeks Stampin' for the Weekend Challenge...CHRISTMAS!!...yes well ok we know its nearly here so we would like to see your card/creations that you have made for your someone special...here is mine...

Isn't he just too cute...I saw this image while blog hopping the other day and just had to have it!!! he from Cuddly Buddly and called Christmas From Me to You...I coloured with Copics the DP is...err...MME I think...I kept it simple as its quite a large image..and just added some MS punch holly leaves and card candy for the berries..I put Liquid pearls around the DP edge and a bit of glitter...

I do hope you will join us this week..

It should be a quiet day today..Ive done all the Christmas shopping and food shopping for this week...only have to take Mum to the hairdressers...so I'm hoping to get some crafty time in so I might be back tomorrow with some to share....

Just Magnolia Challenge - Dreaming of a White Christmas - DT Card

Hi all...I'm back with my DT card for this weeks Just Magnolia Challenge...it's Julie's turn to set the theme and she would like you to use white and have some snow on your creations....here's mine

Darling Tilda is coloured with Copics...the DP is Magnolia and I have used a sizzix snowflake die and a Marianne icicle die...I put some liquid pearls around the edge of the DP..I'm quite liking this look...lol...I finished with loads of sparkle...cute bobble trim and card candy. I hope you will join us this week.

Sorry its been a while....

..............since I last posted...I'm still here just have lots to do.....Mum's needs are demanding more and more of my time...I have to get friends and family to sit with her while I go Christmas shopping as she forgets where I am and gets aggitated and more confused....but I think I have got all the pressies now...so thats a job done..phew!!!...and Mr Mojo has gone AWOL...but he better be back pronto as my cousin's son and fiance want me to make their wedding invitations for their marriage next year...starting with 60 'Save the date' cards that they want to send out with their Christmas cards!!!! so I have approx a week to sort them out...!!!....and a scarf to knit for a christmas present....and decorations to make ( another request)....I guess that the midnight oil will be burnt sometime this and next week...lol....

I hope to be back by the end of the week with a card or two to share....

Gorjuss Two......to share

Hi guys..I hope you are having a great weekend..I manged to get a bit of crafty time in at long last..and I had a play of my two new Gorjuss Girls...

This one is called Rose..so I used a lovely rosey DP from Authentique...and had a go at these rolled roses that seem to be popping up everywhere...she is coloured with Promarkers and Pencils..I used my fav MS border punch and the leaves are a Cheery Lynn die....

This one is called Bluebirds Proposal..isnt she sweet?...DP is MME So Sophie...she is coloured with Promarkers and pencils..flower blooms are a mixture of makes...added a Memory Box twiggy die and loads of pearls..

Well I hope to be back with another card tomorrow..

Just Magnolia Challenge - DT Card

Hi Guys...well its Friday at last...I will be very glad to see the back of this week...I've had a really trying week and couldnt get any crafty time in at all...I keep looking at my new stash I got from the NEC wishing I could get to make something....well hopefully later today..if Mr Mojo wants to come out to play...lol..

Ok..onto my card for this weeks challenge at Just Magnolia...its the lovely Mina's turn this week and she wants to see ribbons on your creations...well I just managed this card just in time...

Darling Tilda is coloured with Promarkers and Prisma pencils...the DP is Memory Box...I used the lovely holly die again from Cheery Lynne..and the ribbon is one of my 'buys' from the NEC...bought threes bunches as I thought it would be great for christmas cards...I finished with loads of pearls and sparkle...I do hope you will join us this week.

Hi Guys...I'm playing catch up again...the days just seem to run away with me at the moment...here is my card for this weeks Just Magnolia Challenge...it is my turn to choose the theme and I thought we would hace a colour combo of Black/Grey Red and White....

The sweet little hAnglar girl is coloured with Promarkers and Pencils...the DP is MME..I used two of the new Memory Box dies I bought at NEC..added a cute pompom trim sparkle and loads of pearls...I do hope you will join in this week.

Double Bill.......

Hi guys....phew..I am exhausted today...yesterday I went to the NEC...it was a last minute decision..I was going on Saturday but had to change my plans to either go yesterday or not at all :-( I'm so glad I did...I bought 10 new LOTV stamps...4 more Memory Lane dies...I cant get enough of these...lol...Some super smooth white card for stamping..3 new DP pads...now if you saw how many pads I have you would have me sectioned for buying more...lol...loads of ribbon..and some of the usual basic stuff like DS tape and Memento ink pads..(3.50 each!!!) and glue..I had a great trip there traffic was a breeze...coming home was a breeze too..then we hit the M25!! ugh..the traffic was at a stand still thanks to some incident...and added 2 hours on my journey home...so today I'm taking it easy..I've done all my chores this morning and I'm going to have a ply with my new stash this afternoon..but before I do I had better show you my DT cards...the first one is for Just Magnolia...its our 'Anything Goes Monthly Challenge with an option of Lace and Pearls....here's my card

Sweet Tilda is coloured with Copics and Prisma Pencils...The DP is Melissa Frances too gorgeous for words...I added a little piece of muslin and pretty pink lace...I used my Fav MS border punch and the flower leaves and butterfly are all Cheery Lynn dies...I added loads of sparkle and pearls..

My next card is for this weeks Stampin' for the Weekend Challenge..our lovely Rebekah dd a sketch for us..

Lovely Holly Tilda is coloured with Prisma pencils...the DP's are MME..the tab is a Memory lane die..Poinsettia is WOC and I added a lovely organza bow Loads of sparkle and pearls...I do hope you will join us for both challenges this week...I look forward to seeing all your creations..

ABC Challenge - C for Crochet Flowers DT Card

Hi Guys...its a lovely day here in my part of Kent...really sunny and quite warm... amazing weather for the 1st November :-).....anyway it time for ABC Challenge and the theme this week is C for Crochet flowers...yes its a bit of a tricky one this..but they do give lots of texture and dimension to a card...now look at that cheeky little elf..isn't he just fab?..he's from Penny Black - Mo Manning design - Little Elf Present and boy he is big!!...I coloured him with Promarkers and Prisma Pencils...I cut him out them matted him on the red cardstock and then cut that out so he wouldn't disappear into the DP which is Doodlebug...I use a favourite EK Success scallop border punch and added a fab stripey ribbon from The Ribbon Girl... I finished with my handmade crochet flower the leaves are a fab Cheery Lynne die and cute little button and of course loads of sparkle...I do Hope you will join us this week..I look forward to seeing your creations..

Lili of the Valley for a change.....

Hi all hope you're enjoying your weekend so far....today I thought I'd have a change from Darling Tilda....(not for long though...lol..) and as there is a lovely sketch by Bev over at this weeks LOTV challenge...I have coloured up one of my new stamps that I havent used yet!!..here she is...

She is coloured with Copics..and the DP's are a mixture of Craft Creations and Papermania I think...I used the gorgeous Cheery Lynn Holly Flourish that arrived this week...in fact its so lovely that I might have gone a little OTT with it!..lol..I added loads of pearls in the hope they look like holly berries..a seam binding ribbon..loads of sparkle...as well as LOTV challenge I am also entering this for this weeks Allsorts Challenge make a christmas easel card...

I'm off for some lunch now...

Out of Sorts...

....I heard some dreadful news today and I cant stop thinking about it...we have a park near us where I walk Ollie and to get it we have to walk through a small wooded part..Ollie loves it with all different sniffs for him...but I always keep him on the lead...as he is only small and there some big dogs around...I have always said that I would never trust a dog no matter how well trained they are...and I know you may think I'm silly but if a big dog comes near us or I see one on the same path I always pick Ollie up because you just never know...Ollie is very friendly but he gets very excited so I wouldn't want to risk a big dog getting too close...I have always said that people with big dogs shouldn't have them off the lead as people like me who have little dogs really don't know how well trained they are and the owners should be that responable..especially after all the horror stories you hear...Well on Tuesday we had our own horror story in our road...an elderly lady who lives a few house up from us was walking her sweet little poodle Sam...we see her walk past with him everyday and if we were in the garden we always have a little chat and a cuddle with Sam...on Tuesday she was on her way back through the wooded part of the park when poor Sam was savaged by a large dog...she obviously tried to fight the dog off..and was badly bitten and fell to the ground trying to save Sam. The large dog was with a woman who just walked off leaving the elderly lady on the ground bleeding and poor Sam in a dreadful state...there are houses close by and luckily someone came to her aid...This has made the front page of our local paper this week...the police are making enquires about the owner of the large dog...the elderly lady is ok... very shocked of course and Sam had emergency surgery but despite best efforts he died on Wednesday. I am just so upset about this I cant help thinking about that poor lady on the ground trying to save her dog...and how the owner could just walk away and leave her...there are some despicable people out there..I hope the police find who it was. I wont be walking Ollie through there again.

Sorry to go on so...I'm just so upset.

Frosty Tilda.....

Hi Guys....its Friday!!!..yay!!! and nearly the weekend..I hope you all have something super to do....and as its Friday...its time for another Just Magnolia Challenge...this week its the lovely Mindy's turn and she has chosen 'Christmas'...well its not far away now...(ugh!)...so here is my card

Darling Tilda is coloured with Copics and Prisma Pencils...the DP is Magnolia...the cute christmas trees are a die from Marianne...the fence is TH...and the gorgeous swirly snowflake thingy is a border die from Memory Lane which I cut and snipped bits to fit the corner and then embellished with loads of sparkle and gems and I have 'frosted' with Pola White Flower Soft....the sentiment is from one of our sponsors this week ( we have two)...do pop over and check out my teamies wonderful creations...and I hope you will join us this week...

Another Sweet Thing....

Hi Guys... yes I'm back with another Darling Tilda..now this isn't my usual kind of colour scheme...but I wanted to enter a card for this weeks TOMIC as its a Bingo theme and I chose to do 'Magnolia Paper' 'Ribbon' and 'Metal embellishment'...I bought the DP a little while ago and although I love the colour combo...I've always seem to be a pastel kind a girl...anyway I put this together....

Darling Tilda is coloured with Copics and Prisma Pencils...as I said the DP is magnolia...I used my favourite MS border punch...and again (sorry) Memory Box Catalina Wreath which I embellished with WOC sweetheart flowers pearls and sparkle..added organza ribbon and bow and finished with a cute teddy charm...do hop over to TOMIC and check out the DT's mouth watering creations..

Little Wood Nymph......

Well ok...its a Christmas Tilda..but the challenge over at Totally Tilda is Autumn Leaves...and they want to see leaves anywhere on your creation..this darling Tilda just looked like a little Nymph in her PJ's and hat...and I have been dying to use those sweet little wooden leaves I got from The Craft Barn for ages...Tilda is coloured with Prisma Pencils...the Gorgeous Glittered DP is First Edtion Desert Blooms..the little spotty bit in the middle is Echo Park Dots & Stripes pad...If you look carefully I used that yummy Memory Box Grapevine Wreath again then added the wooden leaves that I have inked the edges a bit..then WOC Cherry Blossoms and Sweetheart flowers...I cut up pieces of the Wreath and placed them around the outside to try and give it a twiggy look and then added pearls to look like berries...and touch of sparkle too...I am entering Magnolia Down Under Challenge - Get Punchy as they would like you to use dies or punches on your creation...

Do go and check out the DT's lovely creations...

I hope to be back later with another Tilda to share....yes its a bit of a Tilda fest going on here at the moment...well she is my favourite :-)

Winter Tilda.....

Hi guys..I finally got to play with another of my new Tildas today...this one is the Gorgeous Winter Tilda....

She is coloured with Promarkers and Prisma Pencils...the DP is Magnolia..I used some 'muslin' in the matting and another fabulous Memory Box Die - Catalina Wreath which I embellished with pearls gems and sparkle. I added a Magnolia Tag and Peony flower and finished with WOC Hellebore, Sweetheart Flowers and a sweet snowflake charm.

I'm going to enter this for this weeks Totally Gorjuss Challenge - Pastel Christmas...pop over and have a look at the inspirational DT creations...

Stampin' for the Weekend - Spooky - DT Card

Hi...I'm back with this weeks Stampin' for the Weekend Challenge - Spooky...there are lots of halloween themes out there but I do struggle with this...we dont really 'do' halloween in the UK (well I dont anyway) so I was at a loss as to which image I would use...then my mate Diane came up trumps with this sweet witchy Tilda...thanks hun...mwah!!!

Lavender & Lace......

Hi all...its a wee bit chiller today..although sunny in my neck of the woods...been trying to get my Mum to do a Jigsaw puzzle...I haven't done one for years...but it keeps her occupied..and she seems to be doing ok...(my poor Mum has Alzheimers) so while she was doing that I had time to make a card and as I was one of the winners last week at Allsorts ...I thought I would support them again...their current challenge is Lavender & Lace...here's my card...

I used one of my new Christmas Tildas this one is Tilda with Hellebore's...but I thought she would be great for an any occasion card...she is coloured with Copics and Prismas pencils...the DP is by The English Paper Company...I added some lovely lace which I think came from The Ribbon Girl...WOC flowers..pearls and loads of sparkle...do pop over and check out the DT cards..truly lovely..

Well I'm off now to see how Mum is getting on and hoping she hasn't dropped too many pieces on the floor for Ollie to chew...I've already had my fingers in his mouth prizing a bit out!!!..he thinks if its on the floor it must be for him...lol..

Buttons & Bows......and a bit of the first aid kit...

Hi Guys...its been a dull old day here today so thought I'd have a crafty afternoon and went looking for a challenge and I found that Cupcake Craft Challenge was Buttons & Bows this week so here is my card...

I used a sweet little Sugar Nellie image and coloured her with Promarkers and Prisma pencils..the DP is MME Madison Avenue...and I used one of my new Cheery Lynn Flourishes...I'm so loving these...you cant see it all as I have covered it with the bow...doh!!...but its gorgeous..this one is Victorian Romance Flourish.....I included a little piece of 'Muslin' which seems to be the stuff to use these days..I found a scruffy bit in our very old first aid kit...then I decided to trot off to Boots to see if I could get any there...in fact its Lint..and if you have a sniff around the first Aid dept you'll find the very stuff!!! I also bought some proper muslin today to have a play with too...anyway..I finished with Organza Ribbon, cute little spotty buttons and loads of sparkle...sorry about the dull pic..its very much lighter IRL.

Hi all yes its Just Magonlia time and this week Dawny is Distressed !!!...lol....she wants some distressing on your creations...so I have roughed up me edges with me scissors!!..lol...Darling Tilda is coloured with Copics and Prisma pencils....the DP is Magnolia..I added one of my gorgeous brand new Flourshes from Memory Box...and the starry snowflakes are little wooden pieces I found at The Craft Barn...and I sprayed them with Shimmer mist and sprinkled Glamour dust over them...I finshed wth an organza ribbon..gems and loads and loads of sparkle...hope you will join us this week..

Just a Little Gorjuss....

Hi all...hope you had a fab weekend....I managed to have a play with on of my new Gorjuss Girls...just loving these at the moment...I must have a thing about characters with no faces...lol...anyway here she is

She is coloured with Prisma Pencils...The DP is Prima Botanical pad...I used that gorgeous Cheery Lyn flourish again (just bought two more!!)..and I wanted to keep it fairly simple so I just punched some tiny flowers (MS Hydrangea punch) and added a seam binding ribbon and loads of pearls...

Everyone Loves a Teddy Bear....

Well I do...I still have my Ted from when I was a baby....he's a bit well hugged now though...lol...anyway over at Allsorts Challenge (one of my negelected favourites) they want to see Bears on your creation...so I dug out a cute Fizzy Moon Bear....he is so cute...

...He's coloured with Prisma Pencils and I used some copics on the flowers..the DP is Panduro Tilda Kitchen Garden...added seam binding ribbon and gorgeous WOC blooms and of course pearls...there is a little bit of sparkle on there too...

...and here is a pic of my desk with the work in process

I had to take the pic as I was only saying to my SFTW Teamie Rebekah last night how I cant work in a mess....Ha!!..can you tell I was having problems with the flowers?...lol...Anyway I'm off for a tidy up then I'm going to have a play with another Gorjuss Girl I bought this week..

Hi Guys...Today's Challenge at Just Magnolia has been set by our lovely Pops and she has chosen the delicious combination of Coffee and Cream...yum...lol...for my card I have coloured a darling Hanglar with Prismas..the DP's are MME Merry and Bright pad although its not a christmas card...I used a brand new flourish die by Cheery Lynn..its total gorgeous and you probaly be seeing it on all my cards now...lol...I finished with WOC blooms and flowers and of pearls louds of pearls...I do hope you will come and join us this week

Oh what a glorious day its been..well it has in my part of Kent anyway...been out in the garden catching a few rays...thats why I'm a bit late with this...this week at JM lovely Jane has done a fab sketch for us..and here is my card...

A sweet Hanglar girl coloured with Prismas..the yummy DP's are MME Lost and Found...just love them...I finished with a gorgeous ruffled edge organze bow..some WOC flower blooms with a pearl brad..and pearls...oh and a sweet meatl butterfly I found in a 'cheap' shop down the town...

Just Magnolia Challenge - Sketch by Jacque - Fall is in the Air

Hi Guys..yes its friday so it has to be another challenge over at Just Magnolia...this week Jacque has done a super simple sketch with a theme of Fall is in the Air, and she wants you to embellish till your hearts content...lol...my sweet Hanglar is coloured with Prisma Pencils..the DP's are Prima pad Fairy Flora... First Christmas Card....

Well compared to most of you I'm a late starter...as I have said before..I dont like making christmas cards much....so says someone who has just bought 6 LOTV christmas stamps....I will use them of course..but I always seem to struggle with Christmas cards...well here's my first one...yes its not LOTV..its a Gorjuss One...

I like her 'cos she's quirky....not too sure about the big hat though but hey!!..her name is Holly...the DP is...errmm..MME I think...she is coloured with Copics and I used a scallope border punch...WOC flowers MS holly punch...organza ribbon..and pearls...

We have a New Baby in the family today...Baby Lucy Louisa arrived early this morning at approx 4am weighing a hefty 8lb odd...ouch!!..lol...She is the daughter of my cousins son Carl and his Fiance' Katie...making my cousin a Grandmother for the first time...awwww...here is the card I made for them...

Katie wanted every thing for the baby to be white so I chose neutral colours for the card..using a sweet LOTV image and TH papers...Katie is doing well although a bit weak as Baby Lucy popped out in only just an hour!!!! I have seen a pic of her already and she is certainly a chubby one!! bless...

Just Magnolia Challenge - Sketch by Bev - DT Card

Hi..I'm back with my Just Magnolia DT Card..this week the lovely Bev has done one of her super Sketches...and I used this so cute Hanglar image..I just love this kind of 'Folk Art' look...she is coloured with a combination of Copics and Prisma Pencils the DP are the amazing MME So Sophie pad..these are to die for...I added a stripey ribbon that I have bought from The Ribbon Girl and liked it so much I bought all colours...lol..and to finish I used a mixture of WOC and Prima Flowers and a sweet open weave heart charm and pearls and sparkle

Lili of the Valley Challenge and Some to Share..

Happy Sunday to all...hope you're having a great weekend..mine has been very crafty so far...had a bit of a LOTV fest..lol...as they have been neglected of late and I do love them so...cant wait till the 6th Sept for the new ones...anyway I have been playing with some old ones...This one is my entry for this weeks LOTV Challenge which is a great sketch by the lovely Pops...

I just love the bunnies and this one is a dream to colour...I used a mixture of Prismas and Copics...the DP's are a digi from NitWits...I added pretty organza ribbon and bow...and WOC Sweet Blossoms..(which look pink in the pic but are really a soft mauvey lilac IRL...strange how the camera changes the colour sometimes) and finished with pearls and loads of sparkle..

Not Just for Christmas.....

Yes..I'm going to have to eat my words...I bought two..(well you cant buy one cos of the minimum order rule) Sugar Nellies new releases...this one is Wish Upon a Star..I've been looking at the sneak peaks and the brilliant work of the DT...and I succumbed...lol..now you may think I'm strange..but I hate making Christmas cards..I think its because it all starts far too early and I get sick of red and green...lol..anyway I thought as she was just so pretty she would do for anytime of year...here she is...

She is coloured with copics..the DP is Prima Romantique paper stack...really gorgeous papers...I didn't want to hide the paper too much so just used WOC flowers..organza bow and pearls to finish..as she is so detailed I have used loads of sparkle and tiny crystals on her and also tiny dots of liquid pearls just to pretty her up...she is very sparkly IRL its a shame that the camera doesn't pick it up..
Anyway..I've had a nice crafty day today so I'll be back with another for a Challenge.. have a great evening..

Basic Grey Challenge - Celebrations - GDT Card

Good Morning all...I'm back with my creation for this weeks Basic Grey Challenge - Celebrations. I choose my very favourite BG papers - Wisteria - gorgeous...and I coloured the sweet LOTV image with prisma pencils...used MS border punch and a swirly punch with lovely WOC flowers... the corner embellie is a die from Marianne (I think) I bought it a while back and it didnt do what I thought it did..so havent bothered with it...then I saw what my JM teamie Jacqui did with it and have to thank her for the inspiration...you will probaly see it on all my cards now...lol...anyway..I finshed the card with a organza ribbon, gems and loads of sparkle...do go and check out the wonderful DT creations and I hope you will join us this week...

Isnt she lovely..she was one of my first stamps I bought when I took up stamping again....she hasnt had an outing for such a long time...and after careful consideration..she is for sale on ebay HERE....after making this I feel a little sad as she is such a joy to colour...she is with copics..the DP's are a lovely freebie pad by Pink Petticoat..lovely and fresh...just like a Daisy...lol...I used a MS daisy border punch..went a bit OTT with lovely WOC flowers...added pearls and glitter...Ok I'm now going to make my first Christmas card...UGH!! its too early!!!

Sweet Tilda is coloured with Prismas...the DP is BG Sweet Threads...gorgeous....I used a MS border punch because I thought the lace looked round enough to be circles and another MS tiny teeny doily punch for more circles...finshed with WOC yummy flowers..MS butterflies..pearls and sparkle..

Oh...well I am a little sad as this card my last one as Guest Designer for Lovely Hanglar Only...and I thank all the girls for choosing me to join them for the short while...but I will definiately be joining the challenges anyway as I just love those sweet images..

Here's my card....

the sweet little Hanglar is coloured with copics and prisma pencils..the DP is from a christmas MME pad...(oops)...didnt realise it has snowflakes on till it was too late!!!..lol....I used two EK Success border punches..WOC flowers..organza ribbon and went slightly OTT with the pearls...never mind...lol

So as its a easy colour challenge..please come and join in the fun..you never know.. you just might win the guest spot like I did :-)

Happy Saturday to all!!...Those lovely peeps over at Basic Grey Challenge have invited me to join them as Guest Designer this week for their 'Anything Goes' Challenge...thank you guy's!!!...So I had to rummage through my many BG pads to choose...oh spoilt for choice again..but I plumped for this one...'Olivia' as I thought it went very well with my brand new Tilda...'Tilda with Skateboard'... doesn't she look the part ..just love those jeans!!!..She is coloured with Prismas and trying to keep in with the tom boy look..I added just a simple WO flower and some spotty ribbon...do go and check out the Fab Design team creations and hope you'll find the time to join in.

Playing catch up.............

Hi..well I hope you are all fine and dandy...sorry I havent been around much...theres not enough hours in the day at the moment..I'm still trying to get into a bit of a routine with looking after my Mum...its not easy with her condition as everyday is different... it certainly takes some getting used to!!!...

Anyway..this might prove to be a bit of a long post..so maybe some form of refreshement may be needed...right first up ...Hey! I got chosen to be Guest Designer for Lovely Hanglar Only the other week and last week was my first spot (did say I was playing catch up..lol)..and this was/is my card...

The theme was/is vacation...the DPs' are Primas Jack & Jill Collection..and the darling boy is coloured with Prisma Pencils...kept it simple so you can see the lovely papers...

There seems to be lots of the same theme around at the moment including Stampin' for the Weekend...as I've been busy this week I havent been able to do my DT card so I hope this one will cover it..but I do hope you will all join in and I look forward to seeing your 'Holiday' creations...

Ok...as its Friday it is time for Just Magnolia Challenge and this week is Claudia's turn and she wants to see 'funny' sentiments on your creatons...well I have to confess that as you probaly know..I dont 'do' sentiments that much....so I struggled a bit with this...so I went for the 'cute'...

...Darling Tilda is coloured with Primas...the DP's is BG Sweet Threads..still cant find a 6x6 pad in them...all sold out where I look...loads of WO flowers and sweet gingham ribbon and bow to finish...

I hope you are all still with me...lol...I have been crocheting a few more bags...and some flowers...I just love making the flowers..and I can do them while sitting with mum...so here are a few pics of my 'makes'

A sweet little LOTV bunny...he is extra special to me as my bloggy mate Sandie sent this to me as a little treat....He is coloured with prismas...yes I've gone back to my pencils and loving them all over again..and I seem to be having a 'thing' with Kraft card at the moment too...lol I love the colour combo...

Cute Little Mimosa...again coloured with Prismas...the dp is Magnolia its called Granny's Wallpaper..just love that...lol

I treated myself to this sweet LOTV stamp as I havent bought any new ones for ages..Maisie with Balloons I think she's called...coloured with prismas..the DP's are Panduro's Tilda and again Kraft card...

Hi Guys...its a lovely day here in my part of Kent..I was up with the lark this morning...dont know why..its probaly that I'm so used to waking early with the temp job I had...yes its all finished now...and I hope to have a little bit more crafty time...it depends on how my Mum is bless her...anyway..I managed to have a little play yesterday and here is a sweet Tilda to share...I wont bore you with the details as you can see what I used...lol...but I have to point out the cute little watering can charm...I found them in a little 'cheap' shop in town..they had a whole range with all different themes...for only £1 per set..oh I do love a bargain...I'll be going back in the week to get some more...lol..

Hi Guys...its Friday!!!! so that means its Challenge time at Just Magnolia! This week the theme is set by Dawny P who wants us to use Buttons, Bows and Blooms on our creation...
The darling Tilda I used is quite an old one...but she was one of the first Tildas I bought and I think she is still very special...she is coloured with Prisma Pencils...the DP are Tilda Kitchengarden by Panduro..I added a lacy doily..gorgeous organza ribbon and bow..a lovely pearly button and loads of WOC Blooms/flowers..

I Got the Pip

A Sweet little Cherry Pip to be precise...but I've also got the pip with SN. Now we all know that there is a recession on..and not many of us crafters can afford to splash out these days...and soon I'll have to kerb my crafty spending again as I'll be out of work..anyway...I been looking at these sweeties and really wanted one..at £4.95..not toooo expensive...I did my order online with Funky Kits..only to be disappointed to see they have a minimum order of £5.00. Ummm...I checked their other stamps..and digi's and you have to buy more than one to cover this...now I don't think that's nice. I actually emailed Funky Kits/Sugar Nellie and asked them why they have a minimum order of £5.00 when most of their stamps are £4.95..I'm afraid to say that I haven't had a reply. This is not good customer service. I didn't want to buy more than one...but I had no choice if I want to add a Little Pip to my collection..so I succumbed and bought Candy Pip too....and then the p&p was £1.99...Ok I got them the next day so that WAS good but the cost of the postage was for a large first class envelope...and we all know that isn't 1.99..but hey I suppose we have to take overheads into consideration...and the padded envelope!!!

As you can see I'm very pleased with the little Pip I wanted...she is coloured with Prisma pencils the DP's are TH..and I finished with loads of WOC flowers, a gorgeous organza bow and pearls...

But I'm afraid to say..I wont be buying anymore from SN mainly because I think its sharp practice to have a minimum order over the price of their stamps which means you have to spend more money than you want...but more to the point is the fact they couldn't be bothered to answer my email.

OK moan over...lol...oh the other stamp I bought?? I had to use a couple of times...and is now on eBay...

Lovely Hanglar Only Challenge - Embossing

Hi guys...I'm not having a good week on the whole..the little black cloud is still there..cant seem to shake it...and today I'm having to cope with food poisioning..my own fault...the perils of microwave cooking when you cant be bothered to do anything else...ugh!!

Anyway..I've shut myself away and made this for the new Lovely Hanglar Only Challenge - Embossing

..now this isnt something I do although I love the effect..the sweet Hanglar is coloured with copics and polychromos pencils..the DP is Craft Creations..used my favourite MS border punch and the doily I embossed with a Cuttlebug Swiss Dots folder. Finished with spotty organza bow..gorgeous WOC flowers and a cute little butterfly charm...(just realised is green...thats exactly how I'm feeling Yuk!) Anyway thank you for popping by and for all your lovely comments..I really appreciate them all

Gone a bit Moody today

Hi...Now if you follow my blog you will know that nearly all my creations are in pastel colours..pretty pinks blues..etc..Anyway..on Saturday I was feeling quite down and as you all know there is nothing better than a bit of stash shopping to get rid of the doldrums...lol..I bought some BG paper Sweet Threads all very yummy and I treated myself to a Gorjuss Girl..well it looks (and feels) like that the little black cloud hasn't quite gone away yet...

You can see that I've gone all moody with the colours...She is coloured with Copics..topped up with Polychromo Pencils..I masked the image and then cut a wavy piece of card and the stippled the background with Distressed ink..added some gorgeous WOC Flowers and super tulle Bow, pearls and sparkle..

My dark mood wont last long..I think its the weather really..oh I long for a holiday..but how things are at the moment..not sure I'll get away this year..
Anyway..hope you all have a good week..I hope to be back when I've cheered up..lol

Just Magnolia & Stampin' for the Weekend Challenges..

Hi all..I hope this finds you well....I'm having to do 'One for Two' this week as my time is not my own at the moment.. Mum is needing more care these days and I'm struggling to get any time to craft...but my contract at work finishes beginning of August so although I'll be out of work..I'll have more time then...
Anyway back to my card...there is a super sketch over at Just Magnolia and I have combined that with this weeks Stampin' for the Weekend Challenge - Wings 'n Things.
I used a sweet Hanglar stamp and delicious Magnolia papers...coloured with copics and added gorgeous WOC flowers, spotty ribbon and pearls to finish.

Just Magnolia Challenge - Butterflies - DT Card

Hi Guys..just a quick post for this weeks Just Magnolia Challenge...my teamie Pops has chosen her favourite thing - Butterflies..so we would like to see a plague of them on your creations...lol...
For my card I used NitWit digi papers..and darling Tilda is coloured with copics...I tried to get a 'Rainbow' effect on her dress so it reflects the colours of the papers..I think it works...I added loads of gorgeous WOC flowers which I sprayed with glimmermist and sprinkled Glamour dust on to make them extra sparkly..its a shame it doesn't show in the pic..and I finished with a lovely organza ribbonand a sweet butterfly charm..

Lovely hAnglar Only Challenge - Card For A Girl

I had a little time today and came across this challenge...so I thought I would have a little play with one of the very few hAnglars that I have...

Isnt she sweet?..She is coloured with copics...the DP's are Craft Creations..have used my very favourite MS border punch..loads of gorgeous WOC flowers and of course pearls and ooodles of sparkle...do pop over to Lovely hAnglar Only and check out the DT creations..truly wonderful...

After all my pretty girlie cards I thought I would have a play with sweet little Rufus...I just love him...had this stamp for ages now and I never get fed up with him...did a bit of masking for this...Rufus is coloured with Polychromos and OMS...used a copic and pencils on the fence...the DP's is Prima Jack & Jill..it was starting out to be a more of a masculine card.but it was begging for flowers...lol... of course pearls to finish.

See I told you Mr Mojo was up and running...lol.

Hey..I've just signed on to post a card to share with you but what happened to my Just Magnolia card??..ooer..its just disappeared...after having a look around it would seem that I am the last person to know that Blogger has been out of action..and has deleted postings....well I guess that I have to do it all over again...so here in my DT card for this weeks Just Magnolia challenge.

The theme this time is Lace..so I have used a pretty lacey doily and some rather fab lacy meshy stuff which I shimmered with glimmer mist and sparkled with Glamour dust... darling Tilda is coloured with Copics..the DP's are..umm..well I cant seem to rembember but when I do I'll come back and edit this. I added just a few gorgeous WOC flowers in a less is more kind of way...and everything is sparkled within an inch....lol..do pop over and check out my Teamies creations..they really are such an awesome bunch...

Ok now for the one I would like to share with you today...

just an itsy bitsy LOTV one...isnt it cute..you can almost hear them going..wheeee!!...lol

Just Magnolia Challenge - Buttons Bows and Bling

Hello...yes its time for this weeks Just Magnolia Challenge and this time we have a lovely theme of

BUTTONS BOWS and BLING

we want to see them on your creations....here's mine

A very pretty Tilda...she is coloured with Copics and I have used TH distress ink around the edges of all the papers to try and give it a muted shabby look. The DP's are Craft Creation and a tiny bit of Magnolia Bubbles paper..it was the only scrap I have left :-( The flowers are Prima that I glimmer misted and sprinkled Glamour Dust on and I added a MS punched heart..a beautiful Organza bow to which I added a sparkley button..and then lots of gems for the bling..

Wild Orchid Challenge - White plus Two with a Twist

Hi all...well its been a little cooler here today..but still gloriously sunny... and I have managed to get a card done for a Challenge at long last..lol...Over at Wild Orchid the challenge this week is white plus two colours and the twist is to use/feature roses on your project either as an embellishment or on the papers/image. Well as you can see I have used gorgeous WOC roses on mine. The two colousr I chose is Lilac and Aqua...but the gorgeous spotty organza ribbon is bordering on turquiose..but hey!!..lol anyway I used my other new Bildmalarna stamp that I bought at Ally Pally..the DP's are a Nit Wit download..I added loads of gems and sparkle..and a few MS butterflies..do pop over to WOC to check out the wonderful DT creations...
Its back to work for me tomorrow..but only for 3 days..then another loooooong weekend..yay!!

Hi..I have just realised that my schedule post for my Stampin for the Weekend DT card didnt work!!..thanks Mr blogger!! anyway...here it is.

as there is a Wedding later this week in the UK we thought we would go with the theme...I used a LOTV image which I coloured with Copics..the papers are some scraps I had in my stash and I dont know the name..I used lovley WOC flowers and an MS border punch..a lovely organza ribbon and loads of pearls...

Awwww...So Sweet...

Hi everyone...hope your having a Happy Easter..I've just been chilling out and not doing much really...oh I did do a bit of stash shopping on Friday and this little sweetie jumped into my basket...we all know Mo Manning but I'm a little behind but I just had to have Baby Fairy Flora by Stampavie..isnt she gorgeous. She is coloured with Copics..The DP is Craft Creations and I added a lovely spotty organza bow - another buy on Friday - I thought I would go with punched flowers for a change...seems ages since I used them... added card candy to the middles and some dots and sparkled the edges with just a few pearls to finish.

I hope to get some more craft time in today but I have to mow the lawn first as its so long it tickles Ollies tummy and he's not to keen on that..lol...such a wuss..lol
Anyway have a lovely time whatever you're doing.

Just Magnolia Challenge - Sketch

Hi Guys..yes its time again for this weeks Just Magnolia Challenge and our Dena has a fabulous sketch for you.

Here is my card....

As you can see I turned the sketch for my card. Sweet Tilda is coloured with copics and the DP's are by Best Creation Inc..they are called Safari Girl and one side is glittered and the other is that pretty pink pattern..they are really lovely..I added a bunch of WOC flowers and seam binding ribbon...finished with a cute little charm, a plague of butterflies..lol..and pearls.

Hi guys...Hope you are all well and having a good week..I had a lovely time at Ally Pally on Sunday..bought loads of stash and some sweet little Bildmalarna stamps...which I will show with you soon...in the meantime I've have some cards to share....

This is LOTV Dandilion Cloak..so sweet..the DP's are Prima Madeline pad...I used WOC flowers and some glittery buttons added a seam binding ribbon and loads of pearls and sparkle... My next card

I made a bigger version of this for my Dept Manager..his wife had a baby boy a couple of weeks ago...the DP's are Magnolia and a little bit of gingham..he's coloured with copics and I have used glossy accents on the bubbles...added and pretty dotty organza ribbon and some glittery buttons.

Oh and I have another baby elephant for you...

Awww isnt he sweet too?...he's coloured with polychromos pencils and OMS.. the Dp's are Forever Friends Spring Time..added a organza ribbon and those lovely glittery buttons which I think I got them from Hobby Craft.

These cards a a few others will be for sale on eBay later this evening..

....I can not begin to tell you how shocked and totally thrilled I am to be chosen to join the fab Design Team for Just Magnolia Challenge blog...you all know how much I love my Darling Tildas..so being part of the bestest Challenge Blog is just...well...thrilling..I cant wait to start and looking forward to work with all the great girls on the team..

Stampin' for the Weekend Challenge - Easter - DT Card

Hi Guys..yes its time for this weeks Stampin' for the Weekend Challenge and the theme is EASTER... its just around the corner...and it looks like spring is finally here... I have used sweet little Forever Friends bears...so cute...they are coloured with Polychromos pencils..the Dp's are from the Forever Friends Spring Time paper pad...really sweet for a nice fresh looking card... the ribbon is from the range too. I added WOC Cherry Blossoms and of course my usual pearls. The sentiment is from the range as well..I like it 'cos its tiny..but reads..'bunnies. chicks & daffodils..the first signs of Easter!'...awwww...lol..do pop over and check out my teamies creations..darling Heidi-Mari has made two...and Joanne has a very cute bird house creation...do hope you will join us and I really look forward to seeing your creations.

Just Magnolia Challenge and Two to Share....

Hi... hope you're enjoying your week so far...its not a nice day here in my part of the world.but the forecast is looking good for the rest of the week...so need some sunshine...anyway..I have been making..and darling Tilda has come out to play...

This is my very lastest buy..Tilda with Hawian Flower..really lovely I think..but then you all know how much I love my 'Maggies'...anyway I see that Just Magnolia has a 'Anything Goes' Challenge together with a DT call so I am going enter this. Tilda is coloured with Copics... The DP's are Primas Botanical which I distressed slightly with TH distress ink...the flowers are Prima again that match the DP's..I have glimmer misted them and sprinkled glamour dust for extra sparkle...added pearly brads..and spacers..a lovely seam binding ribbon with a cute little dragobfly charm..and as usual, loads of pearls..do go and check out the DT creatations..they are truly lovely... I have another Tilda for you...just to share..

Sweet Tilda is coloured with copics...the DP's are Panduro Flowergarden..gorgeous roses from WOC...more seam binding ribbon and loads of pears and sparkle... Also...I have been playing with these darling Fizzy Moon bears...

..Isnt he cute...I do love bears..he is coloured with Polychromos pencils..the DP is V & A Hanoverian which I distressed with TH distress ink...lovely WOC roses again..and a gorgeous organza ribbon ...loads of pearls and a sweet MS butterfly. I'm Late..I'm Very Very Late.....

As always I'm chasing my tail...and I'm late posting my DT card for Stampin' for the Weekend..this weeks challenge is a Creation for Mothers Day (3rd April in the UK) or just for Mum..here is my card...

The stamp is by Hobby Art (I think)...and the DP's are 'Pampered Pets' - surprisingly nice papers...I kept it fairly simple as my Mum doesn't 'do' fussy...lol actually I made two cards ..heres the other..

This stamp is by Hero Arts..I just love the simplicity of it...the papers?..I haven't a clue as found them in my stash...this card is for Mum again its her birthday this Friday..in fact she has the same birthday as me!!..lol..I was born on her 30th birthday...what a present eh?...lol..mind you I'll be lucky to see my next birthday after accidentally throwing myself down the stairs yesterday!!!..lol..I was half asleep going down the stairs to let darling Ollie out for his morning constitutional and my foot slipped on the carpet and went flying.. yes I did it in style ..from top to bottom...gathering a very nice carpet burn on my back as I went...lovely!!..luckly no bones broken just a very bruised back and sore bum!!!...got extra strong pain killers from doc's and he told me I was very lucky..ha! Anyway...I hope to be back with some more cards to share..

Phew ...at last!! I thought my mojo was never coming back...Here is my DT card for this weeks challenge over at Stampin' for the Weekend and the theme is SpringTime Well I hope is on its way..so fed up with the grey cold days of late...Anyway I used a darling Tilda..she is coloured with Copics the DP's are Primas Sparkling Spring (very apt)..I added some Cherry Blossoms from WOC...sweet little MS pinched butterflies and loads of sparkle and pearls. A Card for LOTV Challenge - A Sketch...

Hi Guys..hope you having a wonderful weekend...I'm a little down today..so to cheer myself I made a card for this weeks Challenge over at LOTV. Its a fab sketch by Dawny P this time. Now you all know how much I love these little darlings and I have entered the challenge most weeks and have been lucky enough to have some of my LOTV cards put on their 'Ideas to Inspire' blog..but the one thing that would be my cherry on the cake would be to make the TOP 3..it wont happen though..there are so many better crafters out there that do much better things with these little darlings than me...but I live in hope..so much so that I am going to enter this card for their guest DT call...well you cant win it if you're not in it..eh?...lol..

Now.. little Pom Pom is coloured with copics..the DP are from very lush Prima pad Madeline..I didnt add flowers as I didnt want to cover the DP's too much only to realise that I added a great big bow instead..doh!!..I made up for the lack of floral embellies with PEARLS!!.lol..and then sprinkles loads of sparkle..do go and check out the DT creations ...and see how it should be done ...lol..

Another Card for Two Challenges

Hi Guys..well I'm back with another challenge card..this time its for LOTV Challenge - Romance and Wild Orchids Challenge - Love Is

I used a sweet LOTV image coloured with Copics..the DP's are from my new Prima Pad Botanical..really gorgeous...I pushed the boat out for this one and went totally OTT with the embellies..I used gorgeous roses from WOC all glittered..added pearl stems and more of those pearly hearts and seam binding ribbon...I made a tag for the greeting
and the sentiment is also LOTV...

A Valentines Challenge Card

Hi...happy Sunday to you all..and..a Very Happy 'Special' Birthday to my SFTW teamie Sandie...have a great day hun..I had a lovely time yesterday playing with my 6 new Prima Pads...yes 6!!!..I was very naughty and bought 6 out of the 8 new DP pads..I just couldnt choose..and I knew that if I didnt get them now they would sell out as they are so lush...anyway..for this darling Tilda ..who is coloured with Copics..(oh yes bought some new ones of those too..but shhhhh dont tell..lol.)I used the new Prima Celebrate with Jack & Jill pad...oh these are to die for...I added gorgeous WOC pink Hellibores and Cherry Blossoms which I glittered..added loads of pearls and sweet little pearly hearts (also from WOC). As there are so many Valentines challenges out there I'm going to enter this for this weeks Allsorts Challenge- Love, Love, Love and Secret Crafters Saturday Challenge - Valentines... do go and check out both DT teams creations..truly lovely...

I'll be back a little later with another challenge card..I'm being taken out to lunch today by MB...so I guess although I dont get any valentines treats on the day..I get them them all year round..lol..

Stampin' for the Weekend DT Card & Some to Share...

Hi all..hope you all well and finally have shaken off those horrible flu bugs...I havent been around much as I have been busy with my Mum again...still a little poorly..this weather doesn't help...anyway..I haven't been sitting doing nothing and I have lots to share with you...

First Up is my DT card for this weeks Stampin' for the Weekend Challenge which is St Valentines day...ummm..this isnt a happy day in my house as MB (much beloved) doesn't believe in St Valentines day..its too hyped and too expensive..yes folks..I don't even get a card..humph!!...here's my little sweetie..

I coloured this sweet hAnglar girl with copics..the DP's are Craft Creations..I wrapped a little bakers twine around..added some gorgeous WOC flowers and loads of pearls...Do go and check out my teamies creation..and I hope you will join us this week...

This stamp is called Waiting Tilda..ummm..not sure whats shes waiting for..she does look a little sad though...I used TH papers hoping he would cheer her up...lol..lovely WOC flowers and pretty pink seam binding ribbon...

Last but not least...

..I just love this one..it turned out so much better than I thought and its is really lovely IRL..if I may say so myself...lol..a cute LOTV image again coloured with copics...the DP's are V & A Hanoverian..which give a lovely vintage look ...added lovely WOC flowers and lots of sparkle..

Mavis Has A Daisy....

Isn't she sweet..I went stash shopping on Saturday to my fav craft shop..The Craft Barn...and she just started waving at me..as they do..so I let her pop into my basket and brought her home...lol...

She is coloured with Copics and I did a bit of paper piecing with her dress..the DP's are a mixture of Kaiser and Craft Creation's..interesting colour combo I know..but think its works...

I gave her what I call the Tilda treatment..all flowers and sparkle..lol..added pearls as usual..and the ribbon..well actually I couldn't find the right colour in my stash..so this came from a pair of my pyjamas..its was just right!!!..the things we do for our craft!!!

Another Tilda....

Hi..I'm back with another New Tilda...she is so sweet...I wanted to make a spring time card as its so dreary at the moment...

..she is coloured with copics and the pic has made the colours seem so dark..but IRL she is a very pale lemon...

..the DP's are a mixture of Forever Friends and Craft Creations..I used seam binding for the ribbon..MS Border punch..WOC flower blooms and asters...and tucked in my new MS lattice heart..I just love it..you'll be seeing lots of them..!!!..lol...and of course there is lots of sparkle...
